Question: I booked you 4 years ago, and you gave us an online gallery. Why can’t you just do that again?
Answer: I realized I wasn’t serving clients in a way that I should have. I visited a family friend, and I took photos for them; they were only given an online gallery. She printed a photo of her daughter from her home computer and taped it to the wall. I was mortified!! I didn’t tell anyone at the party that I took that photo. And, from then on, I vowed to print everything for my clients. Quality over quantity.
Question: Why are your prices so high? Every other photographer I’ve seen is cheaper.
Answer: I’m a full-service boutique photographer. We chat during our first call to see if we’re a right fit. We will then meet in person, where you can touch and feel albums and artwork, and you will receive a price list. After the portrait session, we’ll meet for the ordering appointment and image reveal. You pick all your favorite images, and I order everything. I don’t give you homework (as one person referenced it), I do it all for you. Your albums and wall art will be hand-delivered to you. Yes, we have quite a few touch points. I’m creating something for you that will last for generations. It’s a keepsake, not just a file.
